There is also a ground floor bathroom, first floor cloakroom, along with a first floor open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Allocated parking for one car, nearby parking on a first come first serve basis. Enclosed garden with patio, furniture and lawn (accessed through double bedroom). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Four trains, plus steam trains, pass by property between 8.30am and 7.15pm daily, some associated noise may be heard. Note: One of the double rooms, the bed can only be accessed from one side. Note: From 5th October 2019 Property will no longer have a woodburning stove
